Hello

Your ultrasound findings suggests mildly bulky uterus.
Endometrial thickness is also increased.
There is a small hypo echoic lesion within endometrial cavity. It may be a small endometrial fibroid or polyp.
This condition need clinical correlation and further investigations. You may need hysteroscopy.
Generally this is a benign finding.Definitive treatment depend upon findings. Polypectomy can be done if it is confirmed a polyp otherwise it may need regular follow up only.

Get well soon.
Take Care

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Your ultrasound scan pelvis sshows the following.
1. The uterus is measuring 102 x 56 x 50 mm and is normal in size.

2. The endometrial stripe is 14 mm and there is a dark area measuring 16 x 16 x 14 mm withing the endometrial canal.

3. It appears that there might be a polyp or fibroid in the endometrial canal.

4. Such polyps might cause increased duration and flow during menstrual periods.

5. Please discuss with your doctor and you might require a hysteroscopy and polyp removal.
